Here’s a real under-the-radar release from what started as yet another solo project from Fred Thomas. Idle Ray later because a three-piece of Fred, Devon and Frances with a base in Michigan. Their second album Idle Ray came out last year, but was repressed in May of 2022. Later in the autumn it also appeared on streaming services, so let’s hope this post can at least render them a few more listens. The 12 tracks on the LP from Life Like are great, as is their latest single “Corridors of Summer” from February.
