Our favourite obscure garage group from France, Dusty Mush, have returned with a new EP. This one is called Modest Alterations and is available on 12″ vinyl from Dirty Slice Records since a few days ago. As usual Cédric Bottacchi plays everything. I’m more excited about this than the recent Fuzz album – I mean, just check out the mad bongos of opening track “Fried People”. I would argue this is their best work yet, following last year’s Rainbow Creatures EP closely.
