Berlin group Klapper are back with an album after their excellent tape from three years ago. High For No Reason is a fascinating LP out Mangel now, bringing us 10 tracks of stripped-down post-punk and minimal wave vibes straight out of 1981. The vocals are either sung or spoken and they will really grab your attention. If you like Drahla or Maraudeur this record will be right up your alley.
