Straight out of the sewers of Melbourne, via Cool Death – the label that’s always right on the money – here is a first cassette from Romansy. It’s crazy take on hardcore that is real lofi, but at the same time ingenious. The first three tracks are blasted through in as many minutes, only to be followed by a weird chugging guitar drone at almost five minutes. Doves of Peace and War, as the EP is called, is the work of some seriously out there musical minds.
