Mymy is a young artist from Cambodia, whom we’ve already mentioned due to their collaboration with Kruu. She has almost no presence online but released a massive album last year called Petunia, with 33 tracks if you can believe that. Her latest release is an EP called Archive, which features J4mxo, Wenszy and a couple of remixes. In fact, Singapore producer Wenszy is a common collaborator for Mymy, and her album Girl2004 just came out last week. Both make music in the interlock between hyperpop and bedroom pop.
I don’t think that’s Mymy in the picture above, but it’s the original cover of Petunia in its 2003, 8-track version. The new version actually includes the tracks from three previous albums.
