3.14 is not an arbitrary artist name, it is of course the first three digits of Pi and one of several producers using this name is the Greek founder of Pi Electronics – a label that we love. 3.14 has been floating around my consciousness ever since Tripalium’s retrospective release Sticks Over Carrots (Archives 2016-2021, Part I) from 2022. I almost got around to mentioning it and now, since Part II has also been out for a good while, it’s about time for a post. Driven By Guilt actually came out on another label, namely Soil, almost a year ago. But these 5 tracks are too good to overlook. The tape is sold out of course, but you can get the digital version.
