People Skills is the recording project of Philadelphia’s Jesse Dewlow, which has been ongoing since at least 2010 (as long as this website…). After some self-released cdrs, the Tricephalic Head LP came out on Siltbreeze in 2014. He’s been working with Digital Regress since a couple of years back, first on their cassette sublabel and now with an LP called Hum of the Non-Engine. This explorative 10-track album is a combination of the lofi of decades past with noise and field recordings. They were recorded over the past few years and some of them have been lifted from previous compilation releases.
