Hélène De Thoury and Amandine Stioui of Paris coldwave/synth duo Minuit Machine have announced the release of their first album since the now-classic Infrarouge from 2019. 24 is coming out on Synth Religion in November and consists of 7 new tracks. After two excellent EPs in recent years, I have very high expectations on the new record and the two singles so far seem to indicate that it will indeed be great. We included the single “Lion In a Cage” on our monthly playlist back in the summer, and “So Hard” also on preview now.
