Chicago Research have dropped a bunch of great new releases – their first for 2021. We’ll surely get back to some of the others, but one that got me really excited is the debut EP from Musgo. He appeared on their recent compilations and the new Temazcal Perverso tape counts among the label’s finest releases so far. Musgo is leftfield electro created by an artist called Cesar Robles – no idea where he’s from but a wild guess is Central America. All the tracks are great, but listen to the hypnotising “Sonrisa Dientuda” and you’ll be hooked.
