Gruppa Hmuriy is a Russian band who have released five EPs over the last three years. Simply named with their number and the date they were recorded (I’m guessing), they’re certainly not bothered about disappearing into anonymity. The latest Kartinka 5, No. 19/12 came out recently on Sierpien Records who also released their previous EP. The sound here is a mix of post-punk jangle like Beach Fossils and a more brooding coldwave inflection as on closing track “To Li Dym, To Li Oblaka”. I recommend checking out the three EPs from 2017-18 as well.
