Alicja Trout has been in more amazing bands than we can count. From Lost Sounds and River City Tanlines to Fresh Flesh and The Ultracats more recently. Since Jay Retard passed, Lost Sounds members Alicia and Rich Crook (Lover!) got together to make new music as Sweet Knives. After a great album from 2017, they returned with a new tune called “I Don’t Wanna Die”. That song and three other came out last year as a double 7″ on Big Neck Records. Yesterday the group shared a demo of “Fruitcake” (originally a Lover! song), saying their plans for a 2nd album are currently on hold. Support them by getting it on bandcamp today!
