My favourite music video of the year so far is “All Is Lost” from the new duo Wasted Shirt. Behind the moniker you’ll find Ty Segall and Brian Chippendale. They both released great albums last year – Brian with his other duo Lightning Bolt. Together they have concocted Fungus II, which is their first and not second album together. Much like Segall’s other collab project Gøggs, this is a mesmerising musical chaos of guitars and crazy rhythms. The album is out on Famous Class at the end of the month and was first announced with the single “Double Dream”, which you can check out here.
