Maud Nadal used to be the guitar player in Melody’s Echo Chamber, apart from playing in various projects of her own. In 2017 she debuted as Halo Maud with a 3-track EP called Du pouvoir. Soon after she was picked up by Heavenly and released a new version of the EP with the title-track now in both English and French.
Her debut album Je Suis Une île came out on Heavenly recently as it’s an excellent debut among the best French releases of the year so far (including, of course, the new Melody’s Echo Chamber album). Check out the video for “Wherever” above.
