La Sanguijuela, which means the leech, is an electronic music project from Puerto Rico started by Gerardo Segarra. I’ve already been listening a lot to his productions, which are hard-hitting industrial EBM of the best kind, and in fact I played one the recent releases in the last radio show that wasn’t a takeover. Now La Sanguijuela’s first official release since 2024 is out and it’s a single with two tracks called “La Bestia”. There’s a video for the a-side, which you can watch below and the the record is available digitally from Sarin’s label X-Img as of August 19.
