Beirut label Ekstasis put out this Palestine VA back in February, and although Skoutchi99 was the only name I recognised among the 25 tracks on here there’s just so much great stuff. The Lebanon event series that has brought artists like Vendex and Any Mello to the country became a label in 2022. Calling itself Lebanon’s first hard techno label, this compilation puts them firmly on the map. Kassis, VCXVCX, Rural Signs, Alin (pictured) and ﻋَﺪَﻡ are brilliant. All the funds to towards charity for Palestine.
