Tot Onyx is the artist name used by Tommy Tokyo of Group A and Enxin/Onyx. The latter played a brilliant show in Malmö just over a year ago. Since then Onyx has appeared on a few compilations and also a solo release called T.O.1. The self-released cassette came out last week and is almost sold out. It feels like a short album, with 8 tracks of experimental and industrial noises.
She describes it as “a collection of fragments of live performances from recent years”, recorded in her studio as part of preparing for shows.
