UK-based techno producer Mha Iri has her first release of 2024 out on Dutch label Filth On Acid. Consider how great her last one for the label was, expectations on Lazuli are very high from this camp. While not quite running on jet fuel, the 3 tracks here feel almost like a unity. “Out of Control”, which bears no resemblance to the Chemical Brothers track of the same name is probably my favourite of the bunch.
