Glenda Collins was the übercool teenage singer who got to record with Joe Meek and session musicians like Ritchie Blackmore in the early 60s. In 1997 a cd collection of those recordings was released but earlier this year Cherry Red put out a massive 3cd box called Baby It Hurts (The Holloway Road Sessions 1963-1966) that includes all of those tracks, plus a truckload of unfinished material – 74 tracks in total. Unfortunately there’s no vinyl version.
