Feeling Figures is a new project from Zakary and Kay from the brilliantly named Dead Beat Poet Society. The Montreal group also includes Joe from the great Protruders. Their first EP from 2021 was rather sludgey but for the debut LP Migration Magic they’ve teamed up with pure pop label Perennial Death (I guess, K’s attempt to ‘rebrand’?). The video for “Movement” also looks suspiciously like a 90s Pavement video. The full 10-track LP is out in November.
