The Italian producer Raw Ambassador, currently based in Frankfurt, has chosen Idlestates as the label for his debut album Die Zukunft. Since the Scottish label released their latest compilation in January it’s been quiet, but then this 8-track tape appeared in the summer and surprised me with its cross-genre appeal. This is not just dark electro with EBM/industrial flair, Raw Ambassador also shows remarkable talent in composition.
