Scraps is the musical project of Laura Hill from Nipaluna (Hobart), Australia. Scraps released the iconic synth-pop album T.T.N.I.K. on Not Not Fun back in 2016. It came out locally on Moontown Records, and they also took it upon themselves to release the brand new record New World yesterday. The 8-track LP was introduced by three DIY videos, for “Yard”, “Hot Sauce” and “Psydance” – all great examples of what Hill called ‘dehydrated disco’.
