Knekelhuis have announced the release of a new EP from Italian artist SSIEGE in late March. Together with Giesse, this is one of the people behind the HomeMadeZucchero record label. Following the release of the beautiful album Fading Summer on Youth in 2019, these 5 new tracks continue to blend digital and analogue elements to a stunning effect. Vini Reilly-esque guitar drips over cinematic beats worthy of Johnny Jewel on opening track “Il Re Delle Mandorle”. I can’t wait to hear the rest of the Meteora EP.
