It’s been a couple of years since we last wrote about The Faculty from Melbourne. But I got a chance to see them play earlier this year and it was one of the best gigs I’ve seen this year. They played a bunch of tunes that are on their new EP, coming out in June. Here’s to Fun is packed with eight songs recorded by Al from Total Control (and Terry) and mastered by Mikey. You can check out the opening track “Chrissy Moltisanti” now, and what a great punk rock tune it is. It’s about the Sopranos character of course. Another track is named after porn actress Alexis Texas and to round out the theme, there’s “Blue Movie”.
