Denise’s real name is Ali and she used to be the singer in Perth feminist pop-punk group Boat Show, who were simply amazing. Walking home from a show last night, we noticed that Denise le Menice is doing a single launch today at The Old Bar. The latest single on Barely Dressed is called “Lust” and marks her third release since appearing on a Dinosaur City Records mixtape with the brilliant “Addiction”. Hopefully, “Heart” and “Stars” (check out the video below) will be rounded up together with “Lust” on an album sometime soon.
