Who’d ever have thought that Barcelona punks Prison Affair would ever appear on Audiotree? Well it happened. When I saw them play in Copenhagen the crowd was absolutely wild. Last year they also put out their fourth ‘demo’ and earlier this year the ever-reliable Los Angeles label Under the Gun gave it a vinyl release. Fitting into their discography both visually and musically – this isn’t a huge departure from #3, which I finally picked up a copy of last year. The opening track of these 4 new ones sounds a bit pop, a bit glam, but they won’t be losing any fans over this.
