Hen of the Woods is the ambient and field recordings project of Chicago musician Clementine Wink. She was a part of the seminal Chicago group Civic Center who spawned the Chicago Research label. After having released a great tape for the label in 2020, Hen of the Woods has mainly released through their bandcamp, but is now back with an album on Grouse Editions. The 7-track tape Skin Contact is a part of their April batch of releases.

Add YoursHey, this is going to sound crazy but I think I found Clementine winks identification and a couple of her credit cards. It looks like stuff that fell out of a wallet. I’m trying to get it back to her! I found her on Instagram but doesn’t look like she uses it very often. I’d love to get the stuff back to her somehow
