De-Bons-en-Pierre is a new collaboration between Beau Wanzer and Maoupa Mazzochetti, from Chicago and Belgium respectively. It began five years ago and has resulted on three EPs for Dark Entries so far. A week ago their new 12″ for the label, Card Short of a Full Deck, suddenly appeared. On the six tracks they continue providing more of their sludgey electro, which is equally inspired by 80s and 90s music. It’s kind of hard to describe, you have to hear it, but it really just works however demented it is.
