Julien Andreas from Los Angeles is not only the founder of the DNA label, but is also a brilliant producer both under his own name and as Lightremoval (or is it Light Trap?). Following up last year’s album Lethal Hardcore, Andreas’ latest album is out on Greek label Magdalena’s Apathy. Showing great taste as usual, Bottomfeeder fits in perfectly with the label’s aesthetic. These 10 tracks play with the boundaries of techno, trance and experimental electronic music. One of the two digital bonus tracks is a 9-minute track called Lightremoval.
