The French producer Abem released his first EP on Maison Close last week and it’s called It’s Been a Long Time Since I Killed a Jedi. It follows his trance-ish single on Scottish label Voight-Kampff from January and is an amazing release for just being his third. Emile Abadie (shortened to ABEM) is now based in Paris and will definitely get a lot of spins with tracks like “Purple Orbs” that are both fast and fun.
