Kit Sebastian, the London-based duo of Kit Martin and Merve Erdem, have a new album out in a month. Melodi is being released by Mr. Bongo and follows their stellar 45 from the beginning of the year. Judging by the first two singles “Inertia” and “Agitate” the duo’s second album is yet another timeless throwback that melds Western and Eastern influences. The songs were written during the first UK lockdown and recorded that summer, perfectly encapsulating the heat and confinement.
