Placement is a new post-punk group from Adelaide, Australia. Having issued their debut single “Harder” back in January, they have received quite a bit of attentions for their abrasive sound that partly reminds me of Life Without Buildings. The half-sung, half-spoken vocals are front and centre in their sound in their new track “Lost Sun” too. Both of these tunes will be on their forthcoming debut EP that is coming out later this year on Endless Recordings.
