Following the release of their previous EPs on one slab of vinyl earlier this year, San Francisco’s Flowertown is back with a real album – this time on Paisley Shirt Records. Whether or not they took their name from the Rose Garden song of the same name (who were from LA, not SF) remains to be determined. But that Time Trials is a brilliant album is a fact. Time Trials is also the title of a Honeybunch compilation, but these songs reside in an even more lofi world. Check out the video for The Way Back.
