Golden Pelicans, also known as that band Total Punk/Florida’s Dying founder Rich Evans plays the drums in, is returning with a new album this summer. Considering how great the previous records have been, this is pretty big. 12XU is the lucky label releasing Grinding For Gruel and you can hear the first track “Stray Dogs” already. The photo is one I took at their gig at Loppen a coupla years ago. Erik Grinewicz’s vocals still sound amazing.
