We’ve mostly been too late on keeping up with London’s brilliantly elusive solo recording artist Great Area. But here’s her brand new EP for Relaxin, mixed by label head Lolina and released May 30. Good Coding is a short and sweet album of 9 tracks that feel like they’ve been written on the run. Delivered in Great Area’s usual detached manner, the music reminds me of Carla dal Forno’s minimalism but with a more playful attitude – such as that of Reality Guest.
