I latched unto Hysterical Love Project a bit late, but I was a huge fan of their album Lashes from three years. The duo consists of Naarm musician and mastering engineer Ike Zwanikken and Brooklyn Mellar. What will become their third full-length, February’s Album, is out October 20 on Motion Ward. Jesse Sappell’s label has been around for more than a decade now, releasing great slow music by Ulla, Gustav Kemps, Cancer House and others. So wether you’d like to think about February in October or not, I urge you to listen to the 10-track LP – one single has come out so far.
