Jensen Interceptor has a new EP out soon called Primal Transmissions, but until then let’s focus on his release from March on the Lisbon label Discos Extendes. The 4-track 12” is inspired by the ancient cultures around the Mediterranean and the possible interactions with outer space. Opening track “Acolyte” brings these themes to the surface, with its futuristic sounds grounded in what can only be called primal percussion. Suitable called Myths of the MediterrAlien, this record will take you places both musically and mentally. Still in print!
