Blush, or actually blush, written in lowercase, is the name of a new label out Glasgow. It’s run by one half of Somewhere Press and their second compilation tape was just released. It follows shadow garden from last year and includes 16 tracks of gently folk-based lofi songwriting. It comes packaged in a beautiful silver riso print sleeve and September 18 there will be a launch event in Berlin. Six artists from the label are performing, including our fave Gweynn from Ireland. On the tape there’s also music from claire rousay under the cryptic name cr, and More Eaze plays on the track from The Paws. The Paws are Ben Paulson and Angelina Nonaj, the latter whom also appears here in a duo with Gregory Pearce.
