Prurient, or Dominick Fernow, is a legend within noise and industrial music, being the founder of Hospital Productions. The label has unequivocally stuck to their original ethos or releasing inaccessible music on tape for almost two decades. Earlier this year, the tape called Electronic City came out on Hospital – a collection of 4 heavy industrial tracks with EBM beats. That came out in March and September 4 it was followed by Industrial Masters. Once again, a tape with 4 tracks but this one leaning more towards dark ambient and with a decidedly grim subject matter as it deals with the Vietnam War. Salford Electronics appears on vocals for one of the tracks.
