The Los Angeles label Toxic Haus love latin club music. After doing events in the city, they took the step into becoming a label at the start of August with this 13-track release. Now! That’s What I Call Toxic is a various artist compilation that is so far only available on soundcloud and streaming services. But what a set it is. Among these tracks are some of my favourite ever from producers Negraconda (Mexico) and Isablu (Colombia). Isablu’s (pictured) label mates 2AT and Aleroj appear here too. Other greats like Laze and Addly Muff fill out the ranks as well as US-based peeps Ynfynyt Scroll and Pondi Map. The track from Ojosfinos sadly suffers from lack of mastering. Founders BL4ZE, r3ylvthr and DJ T3KNO aren’t half bad either on their collab though.
