Der Zyklus, one of Heinrich Mueller’s myriad of aliases (that also include e.g. Dopplereffekt and Arpanet) released a new 12” at the beginning of the year. We included “Truth Matrix” in our monthly playlist Apple Turnover back then, and in June another 12” called … came out – once again via Clone. Of course, Mueller is better known as Gerald Donald of legendary Detroit duo Drexciya. These tracks date back to around the same time, with two of them lifted from Der Zyklus II originally released in 2001. The other two are even older – from 1998 – and all of them originally available from DJ Hell’s International Deejay Gigolo Records.
