A few years ago we wrote about the Philadelphia-based artist People Skills (who is also a part of the amazing group Eyes of the Amaryllis). At the time an album had just come out on Digital Regress and in 2024, Subalternity Interlude came out on UK label Regional Bears (great name). At the time an appearance on NTS with a show called Heresy Museum also occurred. That has now become an album name for Dewlow’s new project S.B.A. (or Samael B. Aaens). The album came out via Naarm label Nice Music in early July. With 7 tracks on one slab of vinyl it explores rudimentary electronics and fields recordings to a great effect.
