Summer is upon us, in the northern hemisphere, and with that a new playlist. The summer playlist is always the most fun to compile because I also get to include music that is not depressing or just kind of funny. Life gets serious often enough, so every once in a while you need to laugh – if only for a few minutes.
I just watched the documentary My Undesirable Friends (highly recommended) and it’s heartbreaking how they are celebrating the Russian new year 2021/2022 – still being able to show their love and the feeling the joy of being together. Just months before they all had to leave the country, or went to jail.
