Another one of those pairings that just make so much sense, I wonder why it didn’t happen sooner: Vel is putting out an EP for Herrensauna. The untitled EP lands on the Berlin label June 19, with three tracks full of techno that doesn’t follow rules but follows the heart. There’s an even a track dedicated to Vel’s old hometown Rabat in Morocco. The last track takes element from psychedelic trance and jams them into a different kind of form, and throughout the record Vel utilises vocal parts perhaps more familiar in house.
