Meathead has been the main alias for the Eora producer who made history as DJ Big Guns for at least a year. Last year’s album Performance Enhancer was followed by an untitled EP in March. It only came out digitally on the artist’s own bandcamp and consists of 3 live recordings from the studio. There’s also a full 60-minute set called Screwed Solos available on tape but you can only hear snippets on instagram, so I won’t go into that. The tracks on Untitled are of a slightly industrial nature, with restrained beats and slower tempos. Crazy to think that these moments just appeared out of thin air in a live recording.
