Last year we did a short Q&A with Berlin-based alys(alys)alys, and now the Brazilian DJ and producer is back with a new release. Soda Geyser came out on Paris label Boukan Records at the very end of May. It’s a 6-track digital EP with appearances from people like Monstera Black (whose latest EP Trojan Horse was produced by alys). The record mixes a lot of influences new and old in an undefinable manner. But the single track “effervescence” has a similar touch to perhaps Oblinof or Miss Jay.
