Reverie is a Midwest ambient artist who has released a bunch of music together with DJmegan23 so far (including the album New Moon from February). As a trans artist she also put out a cd for trans day of visibility this year. But the latest work from Reverie is an homage to Carl Theodor Dreyer’s 1955 film Ordet. It’s an 8-track album called Ordet; (or) An ode to your past lives. Available on cd via bandcamp, it also features bliss3three on one of the tracks. Reverie says it was made in a dorm room 2024-25 and that you should listen to it ”when walking in the rain or staring at the moon”.
