Yozy, who is now based in Paris, continues to deliver the goods. Last summer, she released one of our fave 2026 records, and for her birthday in February this year, she put out a new EP. One that she calls deep and emotional, ”made in a crisis – songs that made me float when I was drowning”. It’s similar to the Rehab.mp3 record from her previous birthday, which was similarly stripped-down and introspective. Love Now, Cry Later came out only on soundcloud, due to copyright, but its 5 tracks will have you crying – if not from heartbreak then from wanting more. It’s classic emo trap stuff with melodic guitars.
