American-Iranian producer Sepehr, who’s still based in New York despite appearing a lot in Europe, has a new EP out in June. After his excellent Dekmantel 12” in 2024 and appearance at the festival, he’s been invited back to play live with band. Fool’s Ovation is not that project though, which is yet to be revealed. This is a classic 5-track EP for the dancefloor, available from Objekt’s label Kapsela out of Berlin. You can hear the title-track below, which lands somewhere between electro and techno with an acid bass line running underneath, as modalities stretch and yawn.
