Miel is a brand new label from Quebec, started by Candian DJ and producer Xia who has previously appeared on Purr, TM8 and Flux. Their first release is this awesome 14-track compilation called Polilla. As she puts it herself, these tracks operate somewhere ”between electronica, breaks, ambient and experimental” and the curation is on point. Apart from Xia’s own music, it also includes contributions from Vost, Milana, Simrana, Yakuza and Aedon. Digital only, it’s been out since March.
