In March we included a collaborative track from Colombian producers 2AT and Nixss in our monthly playlist Apple Turnover. It turns out that this was the first taste of their joint EP called HyperTribal, which is coming out on Muakk (of which 2AT is a co-founder) next week. 2AT or Juan Taty is one of the main proponents of the ‘uwuaracha’ sound and on these 6 tracks you can really hear how hyperpop and hard dance mixes with guaracha. This month and next they’ll be appearing in Europe as part of a Muakk showcase together with Aleroj and Isablu.
